For my red lipstick, I used AcM Matte Lipstic in Lady Balls, and for my purple lips, I used Kat von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Exorcism, both from the Too Faced collection.

By blending clear gloss with the other components, I achieved the thick, goopy texture I was looking for. I used Wet n Wild Mega Slicks Lip Gloss, a thick consistency that feels nearly like maple syrup and serves as an excellent base for lipstick. You can use any clear gloss you like, but the heavier the gloss you use, the better the result will be.

The only drawback is that the pigments may leave a faint mark on your skin after application.
